When chatting with someone yesterday, I realized one reason this newsletter exercise helps me so much. We all notice a ton of information each day, but don’t always take a moment to imprint any of it on our longer-term memory. Writing this out by hand each afternoon (no AI, I promise) triggers a tangible moment for these various ideas to durably persist in my brain. Even if you don’t do something like this newsletter, take a daily moment to stop and reflect on what you’re learning so that it sticks!
