[blog] Stop Trying to Be Less Obsessed. Not used to this type of advice? I like it. Do the right kind of obsession, though, and at the right times.

[article] “Everyone’s in a race to replace GitHub”: Zed launches Delta because agents made pull requests obsolete. Challenging some of the assumptions behind classic git might work. I’m still skeptical that GitHub itself is in peril.

[blog] Agents are choosing the software infrastructure now, and we’re not really ready. James plays further with that idea that agents are the new kingmakers, and what that means.
