Yesterday I tweeted an observation that I hadn’t changed my time management technique in years. You can find my routine codified in my Pluralsight course on productivity. But after my boss mentioned how he was tracking his priorities, I tweaked my process so that my top priorities are always at the top of my running weekly notes. It’s made a big impact on me so far.
