[blog] Introducing Claude Sonnet 4.5. Impressive update from Anthropic, and some big statements. They’ve also updated their coding tools. You can use their latest model on all the clouds, including Google Cloud and Vertex AI.

[blog] The AI coding trap. I’m learning a lot from people who are sharing their experience using AI within real engineering teams.

[blog] Development Productivity, Not Developer Productivity. Measure and improve the whole system (or at least, the actual bottlenecks) if you want to see tangible improvements.
